MONDAY NIGHT YOGA BASICS MONDAY NIGHT YOGA BASICS MONDAY NIGHT YOGA BASICS

I will be subbing for Zachary Zube's Yoga Basics class at Yoga Now Gold Coast starting tonight until December 1st! 7:30-9pm. This is a great class for beginners as well as folks who spent the weekend on a yoga marathon and don't wanna but kinda hafta take it easy before their limbs fall off. Please do come on down.
