The night before last I dreamed that I was teaching a class where nearly everyone had major injuries.  In the dream, I panicked because I couldn't think of a single pose everyone could do.  This morning my dream came true.  Three tricky knees, TWO people with broken toes, one neck wounded by a chiropractor (!), a recent mastectomy, several lower backs in chronic pain, a couple shoulder tweaks and a sore psoas.  We did alright.  It was Choose-Your-Own-Adventure all the way.  Lots of variations, lots of inhale and exhale.  I did the sequence record on the bus (bonus points please), which made for a messy page, but the guy sitting next to me said it looked fine to him.
