For the Record #9

Saturday's sequence, kindof. This was a very serious class. But I think that was my fault, putting on the Arvo Part. It's beautiful music, but will make anyone feel a little dirgy. Sorry, guys.

In other news, today at 11am I'm going to teach the free class at Lululemon, 900 N Michigan Ave. So, if you're not already doing practicing in a yoga-inspired retail environment, come on down. Otherwise, see you tonight at 7pm, restorative singing bowl -o-rama at Yoga Now. Until the future.
