I want to hear from you. Yes, you.
1.Happy Hour Yoga at Walt Whitman is expanding! Coming soon, we will meet twice, maybe THRICE per week! Cast your vote on our Facebook page!
2.Happy Hour Yoga at Walt Whitman is so good. Have you been yet? Every Friday at 6pm, something seriously neighborly shakes down on the 3rd floor of 1278 N Milwaukee. You are invited. (Bring a mat and cash dollars if you got 'em - if you don't, come anyway.) If you love this class already, be helpful! Click the useful objects below to write a review on each site! Hit it!
3.How did you like Sound Mind Yoga last weekend? We were a small but hearty bunch, and I would love to hear from each one of you about your experience. (Email me, or tell me about it on MeetUp!) Sound Mind Yoga happens again May 8th, and I'd love to see you there.
4.The Potluck at Walt Whitman is next Friday, April 24th at 7:30pm, right after Happy Hour Yoga. Bring something to share, be it food, wine, or cloth napkins. (Easy on the disposables.) I have enlisted my favorite soup-maker, Mitch, to make us a soup. You will not be disappointed. Bring a friend, and I will give you a Fortune Teller Miracle Fish.
5.Did you know that the Angel of Yoga teaches yoga?! Take her inspiring lead at Yoga Now Sunday afternoons 3:30pm for a vigorous blend of yoga styles called Radiant Yoga, and Wednesday nights at 8:30pm for an hour of gentle, restorative practice, called R^2 (Really Restful). The Angel of Yoga is my muse, and I endorse her wholeheartedly.
6.Yoga at Studio L'Amour, the dojo for your mojo, begins weekly Sunday classes at 5pm on May 1st! This is a beautiful studio, full of lovely people, and even lovelier pictures of those people. Also in May, Tuesday nights at Studio L'Amour will be discontinued, fyi.
7. Magazine project! What if there were a new Chicago magazine getting off to the presses this Summer? What if it were an eco-printed guide to local art and events which inspire conscious evolution? Wouldn't you want to contribute? Well, you're in luck because this is no hypothetical curiosity; this is my new favorite thing, and I'm making a call for ideas, artists, calendar events, charities, service projects, stories and the like. Please send ideas/submissions to karenfaith@yogaforthemoment.com.

That was an incredible piece of writing. I came across your piece and felt it extraordinarily helpful.
